An application to renew the approval of an existing surface water withdrawal of up to 2,263.248 million gallons per month from an existing surface water intake Bldg 633 River Water located in the Navy Reserve Basin, which is connected by a channel linked to the Schuylkill River. The approval will also remove surface water intake Bldg NCCW 001 from the docket. The surface water is used for the purpose of once-through non-contact cooling of land-based test site located in Building 633 associated with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division. The intakes and reserve basin are located in the tidal portion of the Schuylkill River in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
