An application to renew the approval to withdraw up to 556.0 million gallons per month (mg) of surface water from existing intake No. RW-7 for industrial cooling, hydrostatic testing and other industrial uses at the Docket Holder?s Marcus Hook Terminal and for use at the Marcus Hook Energy Center for electric and stream generation and surface water withdrawals from intakes RW-5 and RW-6 for emergency fire flow purposes. Intake RW-7 will continue to withdrawal surface water from the Delaware River in New Castle County, Delaware. Fire water intakes RW-5 and RW-6 are located on the Delaware River in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
