An application to renew the approval of an existing groundwater and surface water withdrawal of up to 12.28 million gallons per month (mgm) from Wells 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 and Ponds 11 and 15 for public water supply, golf course irrigation and snow making at the docket holder?s resort facility. The wells are completed in the Honesdale Formation. The project is located in the Lower East Branch Callicoon Creek Watershed within the drainage area of the section of the main stem Delaware River known as the Middle Delaware, which the Commission has classified as Special Protection Waters, in the Town of Delaware, Sullivan County, New York.
